“I was surprised when my NP ordered labs and noting they needed to be drawn immediately. I got to Quest Diagnostics just minutes from closing time and they were busy. I checked in as a walk-in and within a few minutes, Erika came out and got me, introducing herself. Erika helped relax me, (I have deep, lovely veins that are ‘rollers’ ),and tend to worry about achieving a good draw. She not only got my blood quickly, very painlessly, but kept me laughing and chatting the whole time! I am extremely- EXTREMELY pleased at her professionalism, her excellent people skills and she made a stressful situation much nicer!
