This is a really nice change from the hospitals. I got to schedule an appointment and not sit in a waiting room for all eternity. Tess is an absolute artist of distraction for those of us with a dislike to needles!!

Tes is a phenomenal pediatric phlebotomist! 10/10 recommended her for all my pediatric blood draws! She was so kind and gentle with my own 4 year old and he even thanked her after his blood draw! Thank you Tes!
