Staff has been very good in helping to resolve problems, handling everything quickly and setting a date to fix it. Install was easy, fast, smooth and done by great technicians who explained everything very well. Follow‑up calls and notifications of repair. Customers are very pleased and would recommend Mercury Broadband to anyone.

Have been customer since 2011. Have had some problems off and on through the years, but staff has been very good in helping to resolve them. Spoke with Dena today and she handled every thing quickly and was a delight to speak with.
