I arrived at Cricket to get things taken care of and the two ladies that were working (KAREN & CYNTHIA) went above and beyond to help me and treated me like family!!!! They helped show me how to locate my device using Google and Samsung. They were able to patiently answer every single question I had and worked with me to set up my new phone. THERE IS NO WAY they could have done better, been more knowledgable, or more kind!!! Karen and Cynthia are two star emloyees that deserve the recognition!!!! and a pay raise!!! They were trying to help in the beginning, and then told me that they had done all they could. I met Maddie, a representative from the store. She was able to fix the problem, and had everything resolved plus got me a discount. I really appreciate what she did.”
