I've lowered my rating from 5 to 3 stars because of the recent price hikes (update: they've lowered the pricing recently). Back to 4 stars! I love the staff here and all the perks of being a member.

The acting manager made an exchange of a bag of finch seed very easy. The bag sent to my home had a tear in it and lost seed. I was glad there were no issues with the return/exchange.

I always buy my fish and other pets there. I can say that when I want to have a colorful and well taken care fish, I always find it there.
