Big toys, or big businesses. 60'×40' units with hi-bay heavy duty shelving and utilities like electrical service and breaker panel, lights outlets, HVAC, gas meter, a bathroom... A BATHROOM I said... In your storage unit! Tennant finish to build out to your specs. Plenty of space for inventory, show room, man cave, frat house...? Why didn't I think of this?”
