The rent is much better the other lot charged 85.00 a month , compared to 32.00 a month .,it’s clean well lit , convenient, well maintained and a manager lives on site. I give them a 5 star rating this place is the best I found and rent is very reasonable.”

“This is an amazing place to store your property. The owners and staff make sure your property is safe and secure. Example our license plate came loose on one side of the camper they removed it zip tied it to our stair handle to keep it secure. Another example our gad tank cover blew off in the rain and wind storms this last week their staff retrieved it and put it in their garage for safe keeping. This place is amazing. If you are looking for a clean secure and awesome place to store your property check them out. You won't be sorry.”
“I reserved my storage units online with no problems at all. When I arrived at the facility I was able to access the grounds without any problems. My unit was very easy to access and was clean. So far I am very pleased with my decision to go with owl storage.”
“I wanted to tell you that MAURICE and TYLER were there when I dropped off my trailer and rented a storage unit. Let me tell you that these two young men were so wonderful without dealing with customers!!! They are polite, intelligent and were so kind to me. MAURICE helped me with an issue I had and he went above and beyond to help me with such kindness. Customer Service Is so key in every business!!! MAURICE is such a great employee!!! He needs to be given an award for his service there helping customers that are stressed from moving. They were both great guys. I just dealt with Maurice with this situation. I am now considered the “older generation” and Maurice sure made me have a lot of hope for the younger generation. Maurice needs to train people in the world in outstanding customer service. This man will go very far in life! Thank you for hiring him. I have used this location two times before and EVERY SINGLE TIME it has been such a very pleasant experience. I do not write reviews usually, but the very outstanding customer service and competency at this location needs to be brought to the upper management’s attention. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS U-HAUL LOCATION TO EVERYONE!!! Thank you!!!! (Took a picture of the items in the U-Haul location to show people that you have great supplies at great prices at this U-Haul location. I have seen these items to be more expensive at other online big stores and they are better priced here! Also, this was the U-Haul I rented to show that I’m REAL customer!)”

“This is underground dock loading. I was wondering if I had right address or not cuz all I saw was trailer on google maps, but check a guard check with your name and tell them the loading company. They direct you where to check in.

“Improve nothing, just keep doing what you're doing. I haven't rented anything in years, but I've bought a bunch of boxes and peanuts for shipping stuff all the time. I haven't had a bad experience at this location, ever. I can't say that about Noland Rd, but this location has never disappointed me. On my pickup, they two young employees, a guy and girl, I'm fairly certain the girl was a manager and the guys name name was Trent? I read her name too, but I can barely remember how to tie my shoes ?. But in all seriousness, everyone that works at the 24hwy store truly deserves a big thank you. For Uhaul, the app is bad ass and very user friendly. I couldn't ask for an easier experience, you need to sell this to the rental car companies, they need the help really bad. Thanks again!”

“The lady that did my reservation was hopefull even tho it was last minute thing and also got me in a truck when I mess up on the size I need. Though I need a 20 foot truck but really need a 15 foot truck . And had know problem of down size. She was very hopefully and knew her job and wanted to help her customers .”
“Ever since the new company bought this place about a half year ago. They have reinstalled security and now this place has a property manager. This place is cleaned up and in orderly fashion it is taken care of daily and weekly. They are new cameras in place new lights in place there have been new locks and the homeless people living in storage unit 61 have finally been kicked out. There's not so much sketchy stuff happening now that there's security on deck every time and the place just has a good atmosphere now after it's been cleaned up and taken care of. I've had a storage unit here for about 3 and 1/2 years now and this place has been robbed many many times but with this new people in place and the security that we have around the clock and the trip wire security cameras that send an alert to the police force. We haven't had any issues since then and I'm really happy and I feel safe and secure this spot.”
