“Everyone here is always so nice. I got the Bondi 9's and I love them. They are just as comfortable as the Bondi 7's. The only complaint I have is in my personal opinion is the tounge is to short. I am constantly having to pull it up once I got my shoe on. I work 10hr shifts on concrete floors and do nothing but walk back and forth. By the time I get home my feet are not hurting at all. I would highly recommend these shoes to anyone who is on there feet all day. I have to buy wides and they fit just fine. When my feet do swell up from time to time they are a little tight in the toe box area but I can live with it. Can't wait to go and get my 2nd pair of Bondi 9's.”

“I wish I could give 10 stars! This place is simply amazing! We live in Kansas City but we’re on our way to a wedding in Manhattan and stopped to get the heel of a pair of boots fixed. We got the boots back and they look like a brand new pair. We look forward to fixing our other boots here and we definitely recommend this place to anyone we know! Service was amazing and the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable.”

“I bought a pair of Brooks Adrenaline GTS 24 tennis shoes and after wearing them for a couple of hours decided they were too tight. I took them back and they exchanged them for a larger size. Great customer service.??”

“I went there last Wednesday to exchange shoes I had bought online. I did not have high expectations due to reviews but I was close by so I thought I'd give it a shot. They were open! Hours posted at the door matched the hours on Google. There were at least 3 employees working. I interacted with two and they were friendly and helpful. I thought the store was clean and organized. They didn't have the shoes in stock that I wanted to exchange so just did a return. I will gladly go back.”
