“The staff here is amazing!! I bought a yeti tundra hauling cooler here today and when I got home I realized it was missing its drain plug. I went back and they not only provided me with one, no extra charge they also gave me a 10$ gift card and were soo amazing and apologetic about it!! Andrea, Elizabeth, and Austin were the ones who helped me and I was so impressed with their customer service and their ability to make even the little things right! Not to mention they had the cooler waiting at the front for me when I called to see if they had the color in stock that I wanted. That’s how you run a store! I initially went to ace hardware to buy my cooler but I ended up leaving and buying my cooler here after ace provided me poor service and I’m so glad it worked out that way! Way to go!!!”
