Waited in the drive thru for 10 minutes before someone even acknowledged me. Even after hitting the call button twice and tried calling. I completely get being busy but some kind of acknowledgement would have been nice. Now I will say the employee that helped me was wonderful.

Very friendly and accommodating. Their bill pay is a slick system. You can pay bills in a flash! I will NEVER change to another bank. Love these people!

Shannon the branch manager is always nice. For being one of the busier branches in Topeka they are usually pretty quick with service.
