“The manager went out of his way to help me with a warranty claim on a defective tire that was NOT bought from them. My son bought 4 tires from another shop in Topeka. One of the tires were defective within three weeks the tire just like blew up going down the highway and the front and back of the tire separated from the beads and left the beads on the rim.
Brian went out of his way to assist us in getting this tire fixed in a very fast turnaround time, even with the fourth of July weekend we had the tire back by Tuesday. Thank you for everything!

Jacob helped me find an alternate that ended up being a better value. Next time I think I will just call or stop in instead of ordering online. Their online appointment process worked great.”

“I had a spectacular experience with this location. I had work done at a Goodyear in KC that was done wrong and had to come to the location to correct everything. Not only did Lynn and the guys fix everything but explained what they did and sent me on my way with no cost to me. While the Goodyear in South KC was a disaster, this one is one that I would highly recommend. Excellent service and courtesy!!”
