They send me photos of him running, jumping and playing, he is always sporting a big grin. “We have used VCA Andover for both the vet and boarding of our dog, Calvin, for a number of years, before working with them through an illness that ultimately claimed Cal's life this fall. Throughout the entire time working with them, they were responsive, caring, and took Cal's best interests to heart while also working to be financially responsible with his care options. As we ultimately lost Cal to his illness, their entire staff was extremely kind and caring. As we said goodbye, the staff from the pet resort visited him and all told him how good a dog he was. It was incredibly touching to see how much he had become a part of the entire team's family. A true testament to how a business should be run.”
“I switched to Dr. Parsons late last year. I wish I’d switched years ago. Justin is a wonderful vet. He is kind, very knowledgeable, and realistic. His staff is hands down the best! Always ready for my many cat questions. Last week my sweet old cat became very ill. Dr. Parsons and his vet tech were so good with him. Dr. Parsons tried everything possible to save him. We finally decided it was time for him to be put to sleep. I couldn’t have asked for a more respectful and compassionate euthanasia. I highly recommend Dr. Parsons and his team!”

“I don't take my dogs here because it's convenient. I take the extra 30 minutes for me to drive here because it's hands down the best veterinary clinic I've ever been to in my 50 years of pet ownership....ever!!! Dr. Michelle's knowledge, years of experience, and no frills / common sense approach is by far the best care you'll ever receive anywhere. No matter how busy they are, she and her amazing staff will take the necessary time required to thoroughly take care of your pet's / livestock needs and make sure you completely understand those needs in simple terms at an extremely reasonable cost without all the bells and whistles you'll find tacked onto your bill from other so called high end clinics else where. They are simply...the best there is !!!!”
