“We have used VCA Andover for both the vet and boarding of our dog, Calvin, for a number of years, before working with them through an illness that ultimately claimed Cal's life this fall. Throughout the entire time working with them, they were responsive, caring, and took Cal's best interests to heart while also working to be financially responsible with his care options. As we ultimately lost Cal to his illness, their entire staff was extremely kind and caring. As we said goodbye, the staff from the pet resort visited him and all told him how good a dog he was. It was incredibly touching to see how much he had become a part of the entire team's family. A true testament to how a business should be run.”
“I switched to Dr. Parsons late last year. I wish I’d switched years ago. Justin is a wonderful vet. He is kind, very knowledgeable, and realistic. His staff is hands down the best! Always ready for my many cat questions. Last week my sweet old cat became very ill. Dr. Parsons and his vet tech were so good with him. Dr. Parsons tried everything possible to save him. We finally decided it was time for him to be put to sleep. I couldn’t have asked for a more respectful and compassionate euthanasia. I highly recommend Dr. Parsons and his team!”
