“For most of the day we could not get the scan and email function from our printer/copier/scanner to work. We were able to print to it so it was recognized on the network but when trying to send emails the machine could not find the network to send them out. It was a strange issue. He was very honest telling me what he did to the computer, and what to do if the problem persisted. Here is a computer repair shop that is friendly, helpful, and honest.
