This station has gone down hill steadily, the past 4 years or so. Staff is unhelpful and passive. Coffee bar supplies (cold creamer, ect..) usually there is very little in the way of Coffee. Had an employee inform me that the Coffee was over 10 hours old. Pay at the pump is down more often than not.

Nice gas station, and I perfer kwik shop over others. I just wish the gas pumps were better maintained. The receipt printer never works, no matter which pump I go to. The window washer is either out of paper towels or out of wash solution.

This has been a great kwik shop in the past but as of late it has gone down hill. They have shortened the hours to 10pm, yet this evening when i went at 9:50 they were shutting off the gas pumps and locking the doors. Our small town has great people that want to work so why is this place struggling so bad? Is it a management issue or what?

Says open 24 hours, this is a lie. I went up at about 10:45pm and all doors were locked. Came back an hour later and all doors were still locked with no employee in sight. Came back an hour later and still locked. This is not 24 hours as posted, at best 18/24hrs. Would be a better review if yours were accurate as I have had good interactions with the employees they do have but don’t let the hours deceive you as they are not 24/7 as claimed in google

I would rather shop here than ….. other places!! Always friendly workers plenty of traffic for people only giving one stars but still come here. SMH. Bathroom always looks clean! Always full shelves and fresh food. Thank you for everyone who serves us here. This is our go to!

Unpleasant experience at Kwik Shop, Valley Center. Multiple pumps were out of order with no indication, causing inconvenience. Maintenance needs improvement.

Employees are very disrespectful and cause a lot of problems

2/3 of the pumps are out of service one of the restrooms has been out of order for minimum of 4 days. The north door was locked for no apparent reason. Since EG America took over Kwik Shop it’s been in decline.
