Just wow! Today I had a box of live fish arrive at the post office, and someone there made a special trip to our house bc they noticed the live fish label. I had been watching tracking planning to pick it up if it made it to the post office today, but she beat me to it and had it here within an hour.
They are always nice when I need to go into the post office, and our regular mailman is friendly and lets my children "deliver" our mail if they're in the front yard.

If I could leave no stars I would. Been trying to get a letter delivered priority for several weeks now. Not normally home but we’re home today. Strange looking girl came to the house in a new black Honda crossover. She never came to the door she just honked then left. Absolutely ridiculous. Get over your laziness and do your job

USPS as a whole needs to go bankrupt. Items from CA goes through OKC thru Wichita almost to Kansas City then my item the day comes back to Wichita. Package from Georgia, not scanned 1 time but was delivered 2 days later than should have. If it happened 1 time, okay, but it has happened multiple times. My carrier will not put the latch down to hold the door closed after people throw items and ruin by box, I am not going to install a new box every week.

We have lived in Valley for a little over three years, and have had nothing but bad experiences. We have had a few refund checks from various things come in through the mail that “never showed” even though it came up on my informed delivery. They threw a box containing new glasses and contacts in the middle of our driveway last summer. Always missing important mail even though it comes through informed delivery, and our neighbors never see our mail either. If I didn’t have to use USPS, I definitely wouldn’t.

The most impressive customer service I ever got was from this Post Office Post Master 10-9-21. A package was misdelivered and he drove 10 miles to rural Sedgwick, got the package and delivered it to us at 5:30 on a Saturday.

I had a package that the post office sent back. My street address was right but had valley center instead of valley creek. The clerk should have put in my name or the street address information and delivered the package or had me come pick it up. Very disappointing. POOR customer service.

My packages keep going to the wrong address.Update: contacted the post office who contacted the delivery person and was able to retrieve the package and get it back to me. Hopefully they get it right from now on.

Everytime I come in it's the same older woman working the counter and every single time she is so rude and off putting. Today, I came in, no one was behind the counter, so I rang the bell, after about 5 minutes, a line had formed and an associate peaked his head around the corner but did not say anything or offer help. Then a minute or two later the woman came in and told her I needed to buy enough stamps to ship something to texas first and then also international. She told me she couldn't put the international stamp on the letter and then attempted to sell me one stamp. Then when she realized her mistake she had an attitude with me and told me again that she couldn't put the international stamp on it because it would void the other stamp. I then repeated to her that I just wanted to buy the stamps and I was in fact capable of putting the international stamp inside of the envelope myself. Going to the post office should be quick and easy.

Our sensitive mail -to include medication and checks- keep getting delivered to different addresses. We received our checks opened, medication delivered from a neighbor (our correct address on the package) and when they don't feel like delivering our Amazon packages on Sunday they mark that they are unable to get to the mailbox, door, or driveway when there is nothing blocking any of those things! Most of the time we do not go into the PO unless we absolutely have to because their customer service is lacking. I'd just like for all of my mail, especially my SENSITIVE mail, to be delivered to MY house.

Very rude to my wife. Lady at desk was very over nice to me as I had to go back in because my wife walked out crying! We are getting the incorrect mail for another address in our mail box. We have been at same address for over 10 years! Can not get a hold of a human in the valley center office..... there has to be a better way!
