They are amazing from the moment you enter, to the moment you leave. Amazing vet and assistants, and they listen to your concerns and genuinely care to resolve any issues you may have. We are so lucky to have this be our vet for our River Rose pup pup.

This vet clinic is great! They give you step by step information so you are clear what is going on with your pet, and what the cost will be. They all have a caring attitude toward your pet and you!

Belle just had her yearly checkup and always the staff and Dr. Cindy was great. Belle loves all the attention she gets from the technicians and Dr. Cindy is always willing to discuss any concerns or questions we may have.

The staff is always quick to get us in a room on time. They answer all questions with great explanation. They’re excellent with my big German shepherd. I had to leave him there for his surgery and I knew I could trust them with him.

Disclaimer: it seems like it's a very good clinic and I really do think they are. BUT...They ask if they can take your pet into another room to examine (at least, they did with my cats). I let them, with my first cat, but it added to my anxiety so I asked them not to with my second cat (separate visits). I'm glad I did because I was also picking up medications for my mom's cats while she was home with covid. Turns out they didn't have a weight on file for either of her cats even though they saw one just 2 months earlier but they forgot to record weight. They asked me to guess on one (I came pretty close) and they didn't tell me they had to guess on the other, who was seen only 2 months before, otherwise I could have told them a close weight (they overestimated by FIVE POUNDS, so I'm glad I went home and weighed them for Mom because I knew he didn't feel like 15 pounds when I held him). The meds were "very safe" so he wasn't in danger but...Take my advice and be in the room when they weigh and make a note. I've never had a vet who asked to examine out of my sight except for x-rays, which obviously they have to do outside the room. It just feels weird and gave me anxiety. This doesn't make them a bad vet. They seem to be very good... but your pets can't speak for themselves. As their advocate, you really should be in the room with the doctor, and take notes because accidents happen and errors can be made and YOU are the one who cares for them daily. Like any doctor, they may only see them once per year so you are the one who needs to know so you can help with medical care.

We lived in VC for a year and brought our doggos here. We liked them so much that even though we moved into Wichita, we still take them back to VC for their vet visits!
