“I am very happy with my entire experience working with Vinca. I was looking for a pretty simple moss agate ring, and I had just expected to never see what a moss agate looks like in person before I had the finished ring in my hand. Well... They had moss agate in store! This was the first sign that this place was a good find. Then when talking about what I wanted made, they were very helpful, not trying to upsell anything, just very genuine and helpful! The whole experience was so pleasant. This was my first time getting custom jewelry, so I had no idea what to expect, and everyone was so nice and patient with me. They reassured that I could trust them, and I am very glad I did, because the moss agate center stone, which I was a little worried about, looks fantastic. If you look up moss agate, you will quickly realize that this is not an easy stone to get right. Each one is so different, and there are so many different aspects you could want in one. The people working at Vinca have good taste. You can trust them to make a really amazing ring. I bet you could hand draw something with your non-dominant hand with a few bullet points to aid your poor illustration and they could probably produce something really great. It is easy to see the wealth of experience and passion here. An absolutely fantastic find that I thank God for. Cant wait to go and get the bands made too!”

“This is the only place I trust with my jewelry! I’ve had several rings worked on here, most recently, I needed a middle bar attached in my ring to prevent shifting. I also had a stone replaced in a ring that was damaged, the replacement stone is STUNNING. They did and excellent job picking a stone that was exactly the same shape and size but even more sparkly than before. My bridged ring also came out perfect and was the cleanest I’d ever seen it. Everything was super Fairly priced and did not take very long. I’m so happy with my jewelry every time I leave their shop. They always greet you with a smile, the whole staff is so kind and friendly.I have a bp and stomach condition that randomly flared up while I was in there and they were so kind and helped me outside for air and to rest in my car. It was so embarrassing but they were super understanding and kind about it. They are great people, if you are going to trust anyone to take care of your special jewelry, go to Thompson’s. I was so nervous to go anywhere with stories about jewelers taking stones to replace them with lower quality versions. “My dad recommended House of Diamonds for the seemingly impossible task of resizing my late grandmother’s wedding ring just three days before my wedding day. Gene was kind and knowledgeable when explaining the resizing process. We went in unsure if it was even possible to resize a ring with such short notice but were shocked when he said he’d have it done the next day. Sure enough, I called the following day in the late afternoon and it was ready! My entire family was blown away with the absolutely stunning results. This shop was also very entertaining, they had their sweet pup hangin' around as well as many cool fossils to scope out. On your way out of the shop you get a complementary magnet made with gems and sequins, as well as a sweet motivational quote. 10/10 would recommend!!”
