“I stopped in with a friend who needed her engagement ring cleaned and tightened. The staff were all so kind and welcoming. I hadn’t gotten my ring from them, but they offered without my asking if I wanted my ring cleaned. It was such a thoughtful gesture, and my ring has never looked better! I would highly recommend them, and I would definitely use them in the future for any of my jewelry needs.”

“I went in there to see what options they had for something to hold my jade circle and connect it to my necklace. The older gentleman showed me how he could create a clasp and loop for my necklace to run through. He was so nice and explained throughly and showed me a visual of what was going to be done. I asked for it to be in 14K gold to match my necklace and look at he created! It looks 1000x better than the original thing that was wrapped around it. It was my first experience and I’m extremely satisfied.”
