2023: I attended their 5th anniversary birthday party, so the shop was gussied up with balloons and cupcakes (they were delicious.) I was given a space to try on clothes. The staff helped me pick out the perfect accessories (a belt with a beautiful bow) and a stunning green cardigan.
2026: Still love this place. Jess helped me pick out an outfit for an upcoming My Chemical Romance concert I'm going to. Love that they have a thrift shop now, too!”

“Came in April 3, 2026 a little before 6pm. Everyone there interacted with me in the most meaningful way. Shopping is more than buying clothes, but connecting with people; even venting, perhaps. Nonetheless, Morgan helped me, tied my laces, asked about my educational and vocational goals. Made me feel appreciated. That’s what a shopping experience is supposed to be. Thank you all at the Vans store. Keep up the good work. P.S. Great deals there too”
“5.11 has just about everything you could need. The staff was amazingly helpful and took the time to recommend some great options. They even pointed out a few deals around the store that helped me save some cash. That kind of customer service really stands out. Great selection and a great team working there.”
“I went through a lot of the Tommy Bahama shirts while there and I didn't find anything that I liked. The designs weren't as crisp as I thought they would be. For a price of $115 to $175 a shirt and those $115 shirts or polyester. High end shirts made of polyester scream cheap to me. The silk shirt designs just didn't pop enough for the $175 value. Their shorts at 115 didn't scream as a good value either. I don't know I just think Tommy Bahama has really jacked his prices up for a lower quality product.”
“Best boutique workout studio in Kansas City I absolutely love pure barre workouts because they are challenging and also, remind me of my dance background. But, don't be intimidated, they are great even if you've never danced before and just want a workout that will lift tone and burn! All the instructors are knowledgeable and super encouraging.
If you want to try a new workout, come try pure barre...you'll always be tucking' welcomed!”

“Came here to find a dress for my brothers wedding and the staff was so incredibly helpful and even offered to steam it for me. Finding a black dress in the spring season is not an easy task but the ladies working went out of their way to search for something that would work for me. 10/10 experience”
“They often have some great finds from really high quality brands. I like going here to find new treasures. My only negative is that they don’t have as many options in the smaller sizes so there are fewer items for me to choose from. Other than that, they are great.”

“I have never been so excited to write a review for a store. Ava went so far above and beyond to help us find the perfect dress.! She was kind and energetic when my daughter was trying dresses -on sharing knowledge and expertise about what dress would fit just right. Once she found the perfect dress, we were a little discouraged to hear that it might not arrive in time (since we started looking about 8 weeks before the wedding) BUT Ava worked her magic. She made phone calls and sent emails and located the dress in NYC! She even left extremely detailed notes so that when we called the following Tuesday, anyone answering the phone would know how to help us get the dress. I can’t recommend this store enough🤍”
