I like to share Mr. Dick-Owner, of, Work Horse Automotive, as one who stands behind his work guarantee. I had a part replaced last year and was under warranty. The part was defective and not the workmanship. Mr. Dick-Owner assessed the problem and quickly took care of the defective part at "no charge" to me. Now that is exactly how the system is supposed to work! If, you're looking for a great mechanic and ethical business I absolutely recommend: Work Horse Automotive on South West Street in Wichita, Ks.
Here's a "great" Automotive Shop that can meet and service all your truck and automotive needs! And ladies, should you be in the market for service on your vehicle; searching for that reputable, excellent mechanic, who's ethical, fair, friendly and cares then, this is the company for you!

“Took my car to get a few things done and didn’t realize they shuttle you back home while they work on your car which was incredible! Unfortunately they couldn’t complete my inspection due to the state of my car. They were very honest and upfront, didn’t charge me for this inspection since they couldn’t complete it, did send me pictures and comments that were made so I could see for myself/send to someone else if I wanted another opinion, and even recommended me trusted car dealerships near by. The staff was so kind and caring through everything. I truly was treated like family and I know I will be back in the future with my new car knowing I’m in good hands. I love that it’s also a family owned business too. I 1000% would recommend to everyone!”

“Took my 2015 Silverado 2500HD there for an alignment on a recommendation from a co-worker. It had been pulling to one side and I couldn't seem to resolve the issue. Paul did the alignment and solved my issue after test driving a few times after adjustments. Truck drives straight as an arrow now. It's hard to find a shop that will still test drive after alignments to make sure it drives right and the steering wheel is actually straight. No one wants to spend the time to do that anymore. Will definitely be recommending Atlas and be returning in the future.”

“unbelievable friendly and customer service oriented. Went in to see about check eng light and surging and missing out on mini countryman. Auto zone read codes and said to replace mas, so I did and the air filter too. Still had miss and surge and eng light would't reset. So went to GMW for help. Very sweet reception gal said they could schedule me in a month, and I said Well I guess I can leave it because I afraid to drive anymore missing and loping with the eng. light on. She said that a technician can read the codes to see so she had a tech come out to my car to check codes. Ben checked the codes for me and it still had the same code of the bad mas so he popped the hood and found a loose on the air intake at the bottom of engine on the left side. He got a couple of tools and hooked it up for me and that fixed all my problems. Car runs great! And they wouldn't charge me anything. I will defiantly be going there for service and give and all thumbs up to GMW and Ben a super technician.”

“We took my friends 328i here for an oil change and to get some fault codes diagnosed and had a very good experience.
From the front desk to the highly knowledgeable and certified master technicians, they were very polite and helpful. They had her car done the same afternoon but we were unable to make it there before closing time , so they put it back in the garage and safely stored it overnight. The diagnostics revealed numerous things that needed repaired or replaced , and instead of being pushy and attempting to force all the confusing repairs on her, they highlighted and explained each thing into a way we could understand and put them in an order of importance to be considered for repair in the future if she chooses to. They charged her a more than fair price and displayed an honesty that is very hard to find in an Auto Service Shop these days.
All in all a great experience and they definitely earned our future business and we would highly recommend Bavarian Automotive to anyone with a BMW , which is there expertise.”

“Was recommended here by my brothers friend who is very smart with cars. Boy did it save my life FORREAL! I had no idea where to go for this. And I was DREADING how much it would cost. I set an appointment and when I showed up they were ready for me right then. They said it was an easy fix and didn’t even charge me! These dudes were quick and efficient, and they’re angels for helping me out like that. It’s my son’s birthday this Saturday and with the holidays I couldn’t figure out what I was gonna have to cut back on. So I couldn’t be more thankful. What they did was reattach the rings that hold up my catalytic converter. So easy fix for them but huge favor for me and my car that I love and cherish so much!! Will tel everyone that will listen about the generosity of this shop!”
