About Hertz Car Rental - Wichita - Wichita Dwight D Eisenhower National Airport (ICT)
Hertz Car Rental at Wichita Dwight D. Eisenhower National Airport provides a convenient onsite location inside the garage. The rental process is noted for really great and friendly customer service at the front counter, with agents described as patient, helpful, professional, and kind, especially appreciated during stressful travel situations. Customers report wonderful experiences with the service.
The return process can be confusing, with reports of difficulty finding the correct address. The return area does not have a dedicated Gold section or a large electronic board; vehicles are parked in a parking lot. However, return agents also receive high praise for being excellent, determined to help with issues like GPS problems, and taking pride in their work, which reduces customer stress. The rental cars are typically clean and without issues. The location offers a wide variety of vehicles for rental.

On a Holiday weekend only Hertz had the vehicle I needed, I pre-checked in and was in and out in about 5 minutes, keys in hand. Vehicle was absolutely ready to go.
They rocked it!

Just rented a vehicle through hertz this week! This was my best experience with a rental car company, and I used most of all the other companies before. I ve been renting cars for 20 or more years, never before with hertz
