I just opened a checking account here. Sure their policies may seem different but the three ladies I met while opening my account seemed really cool. It's a tiny bank so I'm sure keeping their front doors locked is a security issue but for the most part they seem very professional to me.

You can’t go into the bank and speak with anyone. You have to wait in a long line to even use the atm. What happened to customer service? Why are customers waiting 20+ minutes to get cash? This is unprofessional and slows everything down. For what?
