Residents describe it as a very nice complex that cares about its tenants, with a clean environment and thorough maintenance. Many are extremely pleased, noting the apartments are above and beyond better and more economical than others. The office staff and maintenance team work wonderfully, showing real concern for residents. The management is responsive, going above and beyond to handle issues professionally. In one instance, a manager immediately scheduled a cleaning service to resolve a problem, an action considered amazing and far beyond what most complexes would do. However, some maintenance issues, like a recurring frozen water line in a freezer, have persisted without a full resolution. Overall, long-term residents have no complaints, finding it a great place to live with endless possibilities in an unbeatable location.
The staff at Crest View did an outstanding job for me in my apartment!!! They even helped tighten a loose screw for me while they were there! I so appreciated their prompt help!

Water line in freezer has frozen up 5 times now in the past 2 months. Parts replaced, coils cleaned, line defrosted, then frozen again within 2 hours. No resolution yet.

I've lived at Cottages at Crestview apartment complex for 3 years now and have no complaints. It's a very nice complex that cares about their residents. It's always clean and maintenance is done very thoroughly.
