The apartments, amenities, and maintenance staff are great. However, raising tentants’ rent by nearly 20% in a matter of months with nothing to show for is not and it shows where the management’s true values lie.

When the office submitted my request I really wasn’t expecting the repair to be done the same day. They showed up, completed the job at a high level, and was gone in 15 mins. My hat is off to the maintenance staff! Thank you!
