Cottages at Crestview in Wichita, Kansas is a brand-new, luxury community featuring cottage-style apartments, lofts, and townhomes designed for comfort and style. Residents describe it as a very nice complex that cares about its tenants, with a clean environment and thorough maintenance. Many are extremely pleased, noting the apartments are above and beyond better and more economical than others. The office staff and maintenance team work wonderfully, showing real concern for residents. The management is responsive, going above and beyond to handle issues professionally. In one instance, a manager immediately scheduled a cleaning service to resolve a problem, an action considered amazing and far beyond what most complexes would do. However, some maintenance issues, like a recurring frozen water line in a freezer, have persisted without a full resolution. Overall, long-term residents have no complaints, finding it a great place to live with endless possibilities in an unbeatable location.
