Jen M. Mom and I want to tell you and all the cox customers that you were very very helpful today. We went in to cancel moms service cable and internet as is 98 and not lived at her residents many days in the last 2 1/2 years. She helped us kindly and was vet professional! She could not have been more helpful! I feel we have made a new friend! Thank you Jen M.
