Donita from the Kansas office was so so helpful! She was very polite and understanding! She did the best she could to get my bill the amount I would like it and she did get it pretty damn close for what I wanted! I appreciate her service and she deserves a raise !! Merry Christmas !

Wishing a could remember the man that came to help us. He was super nice and helped us quickly. I would love for a team member to reach out so I could do my survey on him. I am almost certain that never got done for him. He most definitely deserved it.

Well, the attendant was kind of rude. I went there to return a broke motum and he just took it and said thank you and that was it and the conversation so I left but I got a receipt always get a receipt.

Definitely would make sure that your Cox internet technician knows their how to do their job; after I got home from work—no internet, missed morning appointment as tech didn’t call and came outside the appointment time window, kids could do school for the day, made our daughter move the furniture to get access to the wall outlet, etc. IE worst customer service ever…keeping Velocity—paying more and slower internet speeds but customer service is top notch

I’ve always had great customer service and the last few days have been no different! From the customer service rep on the phone who was absolutely the sweetest and made it a super easy process getting my modem upgraded to the smiley faces in the store!! From the time I walked in to the store everyone was so nice it only took a few mins to get my new modem. He also told me about the cell phone services they have and how much I could save , if it wasn’t for me being in a contract I would have absolutely switched. Thank you for always giving exceptional service

I’m giving this store 5 stars for the amazing services by the young man Alex B. He was so kind to my mom and so polite and helpful and honest. He took such good care of her. I hope they give him a raise or promotion because he was so professional and he definitely earned more business for Cox for sure.

Pleasant quick stop in to exchange a gateway, greeted as I entered the door and the associate immediately pulled my account up and verified me. Although she ran into a slight technical issue someone possibly did not check in some gateways they got into the store. She had me all exchanged and on my way within just a few minutes. No pressure or upsell attempts on TV, home phone, security, or even the cox mobile. Just the way I like it to not be pressured or upsold something.

The guy with the crazy mustache was fun to talk to The store is okay but the service sucks really bad I'm getting really tired of having to reset my modem constantly and nobody can figure out what's wrong,........... It looks like controlled blackouts to be honest

I have a business account with Cox, to say the least; the last couple of days have been nightmares trying to resolve the issues; once I resolve one, another one pops up. To say the least, I was getting quite frustrated with the upgrade sales calls to get me to move on to fiber. With the final issue I called in to resolve, I called in honestly mad and ready to let whoever answered the phone have it. BUT..... What I failed to plan for was a customer service rep who instantly pulled me in and helped me solve the issues; now, rather than placing me on hold while he was solving these issues, he had a convo with me and made me feel more at home. Kyle W***** deserves to be promoted and made to train others . He not only solved my issues, and calmed me down before he even knew I was pissed, but he made me understand the importance of actually going to fiber. Thank you Kyle. hopefully, this makes it way to the top to see how customer service used to be and maybe one day with your help it gets there again

Just dropped off our old Cox modem/router. Quick and easy and I could have gotten a printed or emailed receipt of return. I went with both.

Had to replace our modem because tech agent told us we needed to in order to get an actual tech to come to our house. Explained when we went in to the store what issues we were having and the associate helping us get the new modem tried selling us their mobile phone service. I’m not going to switch my mobile phone service to cox if their internet doesn’t even work right.

Honestly, it is the worst internet and cable service I have ever used. Constantly, the service will go down every hour of the day. Called plenty of times. As a matter of fact, my whole area has called (Regency Lake CT). There was a cox truck outside a few days ago. My bill is paid on time every month for poor quality and slow upload and downloading speeds.

Extremely overpriced and you have to pay $100 to have a tech come out and activate the port. That's a normal service for every other ISP when you activate service or move.
