CVS in Wichita is a convenient location open seven days a week, offering a range of services including prescription refills, COVID-19 and flu tests, vaccinations, and personal care items. Customers appreciate the store's ability to quickly fill prescriptions, especially when other pharmacies are out of stock. Many reviews highlight the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff, noting that employees are always willing to assist and provide good service. The store also provides options to save time and money through programs like ExtraCare® for personalized deals and rewards, weekly deals, and online shopping with free CVS® Pickup or same-day delivery. However, some customers have experienced issues with staff rudeness and long wait times on the phone. There are reports of misunderstandings about prescription transfers, with one customer being told their medication was sent to another location, only to find it was not available. This led to wasted time and extra trips. Despite these concerns, many customers have been satisfied with the overall experience, especially those who have been regular visitors for over two years. Overall, CVS Wichita is seen as a reliable and helpful place for health needs, with some room for improvement in customer service.
It's a little pricey but other than that it's a good store. Staff is always friendly and even if they are busy, there is a self checkout which is super helpful. In terms of vitamins and supplements they have everything you could possibly need.

Somewhere after 9/11/2001 I quit going to CVS due to their prices. March 2026 CVS the only store open : Nestle Boost protein drink is NOT worth $14.79! It's definitely NOT pleasant-tasting or enjoyable or meant to be in any way.
More than half of the store is like that!!! LOL!! ?
