(1/4/2024) - I went to pick up a prescription this evening at the 21st & Amidon CVS for the first time in almost a year. I totally forgot how bad the customer experience is at that pharmacy. I waited in front of the pick-up counter for more than 5 minutes before anyone acknowledged my presence. The person who checked me out was neither friendly nor helpful concerning the price of the meds.I'm going back to the Dillon's pharmacy across the street, where they're better staffed, faster, and friendlier. Dillon's isn't my job's preferred pharmacy, so I expect to pay more. But without any prompting, the staff there still take the time to find discounts and coupons so I end up paying less than I would at CVS.

I will drive across town to any other cvs. Cashier named Celeine or something like that who is clearly miserable was awful and rude to me, a new mom who is trying to save a few dollars on laundry detergent by using coupons. Sorry that you hate your life but you don’t have to take it out on in overt customers that did nothing to you.

I paid at the self-checkout and left my $20 cash-back at the kiosk. By the time I realized that I had left the money the manager had already found my money and ran outside to find me. When she couldn't find me she actually got in her car to widen the search. I am very appreciative and impressed with the nice store, and amazing people.

The store overall was clean. Associate was RUDE! Never said hello to my hello. Scowl on her face, never even asked me if I wanted to use my rewards ?, when I said thank you and have a nice day...NO response! Just RUDE! This unnecessary rudeness is unacceptable!

I came here when my regular pharmacy was out of my medicine. They had it and filled it pretty quick. When I went to pay I got sticker shock!! I have good rx and it helps but she didn't use good r.x. probably didn't realize I had it. I just paid the extra 20.00 and left. Just make sure you tell them you have a discount card.

Horrible service in the pharmacy the new manager or pharmacist Scott just takes up for his rude and nasty employees like Sam. I came in asking about a medication that was supposed to be with my others and before I could even say anything Sam rudely replied well we don’t have it and even if they send it now you’re not going to get it. Really and I’m the rude one? I am now yes. The short young lady that came to the counter was very polite but I can already tell that bunch is going to last about as long as the rest. They haven’t been decent since Tom left in the pharmacy area. So far I have a call in to the store manager, the director and regional level. People come to the pharmacy because they are in need of medication most of them are sick but with nasty employees like Sam and pharmacists like Scott willing to “take care of it” and allow the behavior it won’t get better. They have had about 10 pharmacists since Tom left and most of them have been rude and indifferent, but the pharmacy tech Sam has been by far the worst. I recorded the conversation so trust me when I say I was only rude after she was nasty. Horrible service once I speak to the director level and regional level supervisors I will have more to say.

We can’t ever get good service here. I’ve lived over here in this neighborhood for 30 years and since about 2021 this pharmacy staff has gone down down down. The new pharmacist thinks he is a big shot and lets his pharmacy techs talk to customers however they like. It’s horrible, the only good thing I can say is the store manager is a Peach and a keeper she isn’t the same type of people as these arrogant mean and frankly incompetent pharmacy people. They have even switched my meds with other customers meds. I saved pictures for proof and contacted the state and my nurses at Phoenix home health as well as my doctor at Nmc health Dr. Knight. BEEARE this pharmacy. I’m trying to switch but they make it so hard. Horrible horrible customer service.spread the word until they get new pharmacy staff that likes their jobs.

Sam and Scott both need to be swapped out with other people this new group is horrible. I got too close to the glass apparently I felt like I was in the zoo and she shouted STEP BACK so rude. Hate this place.

Horrible service in their pharmacy Sam is new I've never seen her before a very poor pharmacist tech. She needs to find a new line of work when asked about a prescription she tells me it's not here and even if they send it we won't get it now in a very rude manner then I'm accused of being rude by Scott. Most definitely after your employee was rude. Check your people I've contacted the state at this point they have no place working in a health care setting this pharmacy has even switched my moms meds with someone else's I'm sick of it and it keeps getting worse. With every "new" pharmacy staff it just gets worse.

Headed up North to CVS that google says closes at 10 and they're closed!!! This is the only place that I've found that carries Tena adult diapers that don't leak, for night time. I got off work late and was so relieved to see that CVS closes at 10.The amidon road closure took me 10 blocks out of my way to boot, but I got there at 9:38, the parking lot looked dark but all the lights were on inside so i wasn't too worried, until I stood in front of the doors and they didn't open. This is frustrating! Gas is expensive, and I've got to be at work again at 6am, plus I had to go to Walmart and hope that I find something that works for her! I can't remember a time that I've left such a detailed review, this is frustrating!

I've spent over two hours today trying to talk to the pharmacy on the phone. I'm still on hold now. I can't fill what I need to on the app, or through their hellish voicemail. This store is constantly woefully understaffed.
