Large banks do not take care of elderly, Three month ago , I switched to Fidelity, and had a great experience at Wichita 's Harry location.I was helped thru moving my Social security,and all prepaid monthly bills, The banking crew were all friendly,opened doors when possible, Cudos to Samantha and team. They can't even mark their own hours correctly on a website.. Branch locations are not open until 8:00 p.m as stated, they're only open until 5:00 p.m. The only thing that's open until 8:00 p.m. is the automated machines. Those can't exactly help you with things like replacing a debit card. Also, even if you get there before they close they won't help you since their card machine magically shuts down 15min before they close, which makes perfect sense to do and doesn't sound like utter B.S at all.

Went in to have a property deed notarized, since the seller was the only party with a fidelity account, they refused to help. Poor practice and service for their clients, especially those with business accounts. Emprise had no issues handling this for us.

My husband's payee banks through here and because of that reason they are denying us our own personal checking account for our work money. Terrible customer service. Will never come to this bank ever again.

Unprofessional and they didn't bring their drain to work. The customer service manager is the worst. He rude and not treat the customer right. Never come back and do business with them again

I've been a customer for five or six years and have been very satisfied. By using the same branch, I feel I've built a rapport. I recently misplaced my debit card and decided to cancel it immediately. When I went in for a replacement, it didn't take more than 10 to issue and activate new card. Very receptive.

My friends car was damaged while bank worker guided her and they said they would pay for damages then backed out. They also have ridiculous amount of monthly charges on checking account. Will be changing soon once I get my monthly bill pays changed to my new account with another bank. Really sad since I have been a loyal customer for over 20 years.
