Had an oil change done there. Service was good. They removed and did not replace the oil plug cover for my 2022 Pacifica and then used an impact driver to install oil plug so it is now seized.

The service at the Greenwich location is awesome. Aaron and Jason do a great job of getting our vehicle in and getting it fixed. They kept us informed of the progress as it is happening. Have been using this location since they opened to do work on our vehicles. No reason to go anywhere else.

This place ought to be ashamed of themselves. I’m from out of town and had a headlight go out. I came here to get it replaced. Don’t know because I’m a woman they thought I didn’t know anything about cars but they told me it would be $188 dollars for the labor and $16 for the bulb😳😳….excuse me??? Tried to say because of the “type of car” I have, which is a Kia forte, that it requires an hour and a half of labor to put the bulb in. I’ve had to replace headlights before plus I’m quite knowledgeable to the maintenance of my car thanks to my dad being a mechanic. Took it to Walmart and got the bulb changed plus the labor for $22.00…..oh and it only took them 15 minutes. BEWARE!!!!! if you don’t know much about cars, they will try and finesse you out more money.

Took a lot longer than expected, but he said they were short-staffed. The waiting area needs better blinds because most of the waiting area was very bright with full sun. Not comfortable when there for 3+ hours. The staff is always very nice at the Harry St location! I highly recommend

They did a great job doing a alignment on my lowered car and got it done, nice and professional. They used a paper mat on the floor mats so they don't get the cars floor mats dirty which I appreciate it!

Waiting 20 mins for air no one helped or picked up phone employees see me and don’t help 4:40 on a Sunday no business at all just lazy employees
