ATM constantly out of service which negates any claim of being able to provide customers with convenience.As a bank - it is your responsibility to provide the promised services - otherwise can’t expect customers to trust you to reliably manage their money?

Not friendly at all... came in to open an an account and they said to come another day because they were closing soon. You'd think they would want to give someone wanting to bank with them a warm welcome.
