I had locked my car key in my car. My Allstate Roadside assistance sent a truck to assist me in about 30 minutes. The gentleman driving the truck was very polite and so helpful he opened my car door in about three to five minutes. He left as swiftly as he arrived. I am so very happy, my only regret is not taking a photo.
