Every time I call, I feel like I get the best personal service. If I have a question, they find the answer for me, personally. Also, sometimes my questions aren’t perfectly asked… They do a fantastic job of not making me feel stupid because of it. Thank you KS State Bank… you make a difference:-)

I walked in to ask for bundles so I can save my money at home and they refused to give me simple pieces of paper to wrap my money it was rude! I don't bank here so they refused to help me don't bank here they are absolutely rude

I've been a customer for years and never had any problems. They've always been very prompt and courteous. I've never paid any fees and I'm very impressed with their automated payments and technology.
