“We were needing a new mattress so last week we made a stop into Mattress Hub West Wichita after work. Rob took excellent care of us, listened to our needs and preferences, what a delightful guy!
Our mattress and box springs were delivered on Friday, a bit before the timeframe given. They set up our new set and hauled off the old. WE ARE LOVING OUR NEW SET!!
If we are in need of another new set, we won’t hesitate to go back and see Rob!! And by the way, the prices were better at Mattress Hub than the 2 other places we checked out.

He got a panicked all the day of her move in regarding a dresser she needs and without hesitation got everything taken care of, dealing with me over the phone and getting her the best fit and deal. “We were welcomed into the store on North Greenwich Rd and helped by Chase. He didn’t push us but asked about our needs, had us try out a few mattresses and gave us plenty of time to shop. We went home to measure our current mattress and then went back and showed Chase our rudimentary drawing. Looking at it and remembering our wants, we were able to pick out a new mattress that supports our backs. We told Chase that we’d appreciate it if the delivery guys would give us 5 minutes to vacuum under the bed before putting the new mattress down which he said would be no problem. Chase was kind, professional and very informative. The delivery guys were also very polite, careful in taking out old mattress and bringing in the new one. They also gave us time to vacuum which was REALLY appreciated given our ages. Thanks to all!”
