I am currently shopping for a bank since moving to Wichita. I prefer a Credit Union.However, after reading these reviews on how bad it is to get a hold of someone, the wait times when calling or having someone return you call, has me turned off.Has this situation been resolved at all?

While Meritrust is not my main bank, I have been doing some business with them for a few years , always respectful, they have never treated me as a number and have always gone above and beyond to help

I have now been on hold for an hour and ten minutes, not speaking with a single person yet. Your phone system is pathetic and not consumer friendly. I very rarely have to speak with an actual person, doing my banking online. This is very disappointing. I would not waste my time if I were you using the phone system. I would have given it zero stars, if possible.

When you call the phone number you have to wait over 10 minutes to speak with someone while the whole time listening to their sales pitches. Terrible phone system, would rather listen to music than all the awful suggestions the recording pitches while you wait to speak with someone.
