“Jeremy Paine got us a lower interest rate and saved us couple thousand dollars in closing cost, The only glitch we had was I canceled loan application with anther company to go with Regent and getting the other company to release VA case number. Other than that was pretty easy. Jeremy fast to answer any questions, Even taking time on the weekend to talk to us and go over loan estimates from the Regent and the other Company. Could not get the other Company loan officer on a week end. So my advice is you are refinancing you can not go wrong with Regent Financial and be sure ask for Jeremy Paine.”
