We've had a great experience living in this community. The staff is always friendly and helpful, making sure any issues are promptly addressed. Neighbors in the community are kind, which makes it feel like a welcoming place to live. Most importantly, it feels safe here, and that peace of mind means a lot for my family. Highly recommend :)

There aren't enough trash dumpsters, and they are inconvenient/ out of the way. Also, it seems that the pool is frequented by people that don't even live here.

Racial discrimination insults! Serious noises&Safety issues! No respect! No actions were taken from this leasing office!
“What are you expecting?”The leasing office manager Mikayla said. Even after watching the racial insults video“ why don’t you go back to your country?” she said ”From the video,She didn’t do anything illegal !”
On the opposite, we received 30 days move notification! Just because we were not happy with her attitude of inaction! What a big surprise! They just confused right and wrong, turned the facts upside down! This was just the same bullying as our downstairs neighbor to us!
How is it that someone of such low quality can live here forever and constantly bully her neighbors? And innocent family were treated with no respect and have no choice but to move?
Nobody cares the serious issues which we have to deal with every day and night! We called Case&Associates customer service, no response ever!
Worst property management ever!
Avoid this place! If you want to avoid to be her neighbor! If you want to avoid to be treated like this!
We called security too many times, she refused to talk every time! Then the security never showed up! Then according to the leasing office policy, the noise cannot be confirmed?! What a funny policy! Then We called 911 3 times and got the case number!
I reported to leasing office and gave the case number to them, the leasing office manager still chose to do nothing! She only asked me, “What are you expecting?”…
No matter how many times reported, the leasing office manager did nothing! Even when I was threatened and insulted, and I was almost hit by this crazy woman with the flower pot in the pass way! I called 911!
In this extremely special situation, the leasing office manager still refused our reasonable transfer request or shorten the 30 days moving policy! As cold as always!
The consistent noises from this woman make us cannot sleep almost every night!
Sometimes she makes a phone call/vedio call very loudly from 10pm until 3am on the balcony !
Sometimes she plays the electric music/turns on the TV very loudly for 24h! My toddler girl cannot sleep at her bed time, then I went downstairs to knock her door to ask her lower the noise, she almost grabbed flowerpot at her front door to hit me ! And she threatened me to not pass her front door way with insulted and threatened racial discrimination dirty words!
Sometimes she keeps hitting the wall and roof when my 4 years old run from living room to bed room after dinner! My 4 years old daughter was so scared! This is totally crazy and insane!
I called the security guard several times to confirm the noise and talk to her at midnight! But the 1st floor woman refused to open the door every time. I asked the security guard come to my apartment to hear how loud the noise, he confirmed the noise. The next day I went to leasing office to talk with the manager, she said that the noise was not confirmed because the security didn’t talk to her! What a funny policy!!?
After too many times calling, the security guard never showed up when we called for help at midnight ! Then I called 911 for 3 times! However, when the police came here already 1:30 am, she lower the noise so police could not hear anything! They let me ask leasing office for help!
For all kinds of her crazy behaviors and words, the leasing office manager did nothing! Then the crazy woman keeps doing the same thing every night! Because the leasing office did nothing to change the situation ! Nobody cares!

This was my family’s 1st home in Wichita.
We spent 45 days in hotel before we moved here! Now we were told to move!!!
“ Why don’t you go back to your country?!”
We’ve never been insulted by anyone like this before! It has been 13 years since I moved to US! 10 years in California, 2.5 years in Wichita!
As victims of downstairs’ neighbor consistently bullying for 2.5years, we received 30 days notification to move when we were in family vacation in California to take a breath from the extremely unhappy and unsafe environment ! And also we were told that we are unable to apply any of Case Property in Wichita! What a funny story!
The leasing office did nothing to the consistent bullying behavior from the downstairs neighbor, even after watching the racial insults video, and heard that woman said “ why don’t you go back to your country!?…” the leasing office manager still said “ What are you expecting?! From the video, I cannot see anything wrong from her! You cannot put the camera on her face…”
We were so helpless and frustrated for the long term racial discrimination and bullying ! The worst part was leasing office’s attitude!
As a professor, I cannot work at night to do my research work, because of the consistent noise issues from down stairs neighbor!
As a husband and a daddy, I know how frustrated and how scared my wife and 4-year-old daughter feel every day!
Every morning when we walk to our car, the 1st floor neighbor keeps staring at us directly from her balcony until we leave!
Every night she turns on TV/electric music very loudly to make us cannot sleep or work! Then she goes to her balcony and close the balcony’s door to make sure anyone cannot hear the consistent noise from outside!
No matter how many times we reported to leasing office, the manager just said “we need documentation and we don’t have any for her…”
We called security, 911…every time it took long time to keep us waiting! When people came to check, she turned down the noise and nobody could confirm the noise…just like nothing happened! The truth is, this happened almost every night!
Nobody cares!
Because we are the only people who have to deal with all these frustrating situations!

I love living here, but they have a few issues that have been hard for me. The pool is a community pool I guess. Literally people who live outside of the apartments come and park out front just to use the pool. Kind of annoying when I want to enjoy the pool but everyone from the neighborhood is there. Secondly, people don't clean up their dog poop in the dog park. If you want to take your dog to play, just know it's disgusting. Lastly, bedsides those things, I throughly enjoy living here. Nice walking trails near by. Close to target

Very friendly employee. Maintenance here works quickly and efficiently! A great place to live. Maintenance repaired the light ballast and replaced the lights efficiently in the kitchen.
