The first visit, I needed a fine art piece photocopied that was very delicate and easily smudged. The associate was extremely careful with handling and left me more at ease with leaving a piece of artwork that took well over 50 hours for me to complete. He did a great job with the copies and final product was almost exact to the original.
The second time I used art and frame was for a custom canvas print job. Sam was the associate who worked with me through multiple phone calls and a myriad of emails back and forth. She was patient with me and helped me figure out exactly what I wanted (my original request was hard to explain and I didn’t have an exact reference photo to give her). She did an excellent job putting together what I had in mind.

“Excellent quality, fast service, and very good value for the money. I came into the shop at a particularly sensitive time, having just lost a parent. I had a few short days to turn a grainy iPhone photo into a large print to be framed, and I wanted a very high quality print job on the programs for the celebration of life service. Tracy handled my order with care and intention, taking special care to touch up the photo and make the portrait look as good as possible. I have a design background, so I mocked up the artwork for the program, and Tracy gave very clear instructions for sizing the piece and preparing it for print so that there weren't any surprises when we went to pick them up. You truly cannot beat the thoughtful hand of a local small business owner who cares about your project as much as you do. I live in Chicago, and work with printers here, and Picture Perfect was just as good as the best shops out here.”

“We LOVE Postalocity! It would be impossible to say how much time and money they've saved us by using their direct-mail platform instead of the "traditional" method.The system is flexible. They offer a lot of control over how your mail is assembled, folded, printed, etc. You can even do custom inserts, courtesy reply envelopes; different colors; etc.Plus, by using their Address Extractor, we don't even have to upload our mailing lists. We just load up our merged documents and Postalocity pulls the customer's address right off our letter.And...they have a specialized envelope technology I'm almost reluctant to talk about. If I'm not mistaken, they invented it (which is why you can't use this particular envelope anywhere else).Heck, I shouldn't even be talking about this publicly. This is the kind of company that you want to use...but not let your competitors know about!Plus, the whole staff is just fantastic. On the rare occasion we've needed support, they've been super-fast and solution-driven. The have a real interest in making sure you have a top-shelf experience with every campaign. Nikki, Esther, Brooke and the whole staff are fantastic.Out of a possible 50 tacos...I would give them 50 tacos.Highly recommended. Unless you're my competitor. :)”
