“Excellent service starting from the moment they receive you at the door, the parcel is 100% happy, all my packages arrive just as you send them, truth be told, I am very happy, I have been sending for more than 1 year and I cannot tell everyone I know to go there since They always have specials that you won't find anywhere else. The application they have can track your package and you know exactly where it is at all times. 101% there is no fault they don't think much I visit them they will thank me later.”

“When I review something I rarely give the top score. That is unless it is truly deserved. If I were rating our shipment and driver yesterday on a score of 1 out 510. You and he would get a solid 5! We received the shipment very fast. Your driver (Partrick) was well dressed, smart, personable, and conscientious. We received a call the day of delivery from the driver to verify where he was to deliver our package. He was 2 miles away and If he had trusted only GPS our package would have been delivered to the wrong address. I appreciate him noticing that something was not right and using the phone to verify. “The best FedEx location in Wichita, on Kellogg Drive heading east, shortly before Rock Road They have been incredibly helpful here with anything I’ve ever used them for, mostly being printing needs. I’ve received premium and professional customer service from the staff and this location is more spacious than other places like it. I recommend this print and shipping center to all of Wichita.”

One of the managers (taller guy with glasses) worked with me for AN HOUR to get all 10 of my photos cropped and sized perfectly to my liking. Not once did he get annoyed or frustrated. When I picked my photos up the next day, they looked amazing!”

“Lots of angry ranters on here who don't seem to understand this is NOT a FedEx or UPS. It is a private business who charges MORE than those places. It's called profit, something needed for a business to stay open. The owner is awesome, and so friendly and polite. Personally, I print my own labels at home to save the money, but they still get paid by UPS/FedEx when you drop off items, so I'd encourage you to patronize them so we have a convenient place in our area. it's always clean, and they have a drive thru for smaller items!”

“I actually like going to the US postal service over on Waco Street It is a pleasant walk to get here the postal service servers are hospitable and very respectfully respectable to the cares of the service to the public you don't have to wait long even if there is a line when you get there it's fashionably very fast paced it. I love to go here when I need to pick up some money orders or get something copied I give them a five-star rating for this one particular United States postal service post office!”

“The USPS on S Hydraulic is a great place to take care of postal things, it's not real real busy. Problem is when backing out, there are spaces on both sides of the driveway and people don't pay attention and just back out.I saw three close encounters of vehicles today while there.Be careful when backing up, people are very impatient and just back up with no regard to anyone else. ?”

“5+ visits. The customer center is a dependable location to visit. The employees behind the counter are always helpful and are experts about the shipping business. The issues customers are having are with the overall company itself such as the horrible help line that will NOT connect you to this location and is one of the trickiest calls anyone will ever make to actually speak with a person. My most recent trip here was due to the driver with my package not attempting to let me answer my door and sign for it. After going through a time consuming process of seeing what to do about this, my trip out to this customer center was a huge help in obtaining my urgent delivery. UPS has some terrible issues with its service but the people out here seem to be doing their best make it better.”
