“Such a wonderful experience renting box trucks and cargo vans from this site. The U Haul app makes renting and returning super smooth and simple. Nothing to it. “When I review something I rarely give the top score. That is unless it is truly deserved. If I were rating our shipment and driver yesterday on a score of 1 out 510. You and he would get a solid 5! We received the shipment very fast. Your driver (Partrick) was well dressed, smart, personable, and conscientious. We received a call the day of delivery from the driver to verify where he was to deliver our package. He was 2 miles away and If he had trusted only GPS our package would have been delivered to the wrong address. I appreciate him noticing that something was not right and using the phone to verify. Kudos for hiring such a wonderful employee. Thank you. This is the first time we have ever dealt with Estes. Our delivery was Thur. Jun 15, 2023.

“Great shipping got there but they wanted to toy around on delivery date...other than that it was descent... apparently some workers are kinda lazy on getting stuff done.. like scanning packages in and what not but a quick phone call chewing booty gets it done.”

“I drop off package serval times a week. An automatic door opener you be great. Now I have to balance all package on the outside window frame and the door opens towards me....ugh. I even got my hand hurt in that door. At least have a handycap door opener for us.”

“Recently visited one of the store locations and found it convenient that I could purchase a shipping box and forward a shipping label I had to the store for the associate to print out all the way to having my item packaged and shipped out. It made the process very simple that I didnt need to go somewhere to buy material or have to print out a label other than at my office”

“I went in on April 15 around 9am to certify mail my tax returns for the first time. All the workers were very nice and more importantly professional. Although there are a ton of cars outside, there wasn't much of a line where service was. Even if there was, they move quickly.”
