I had a dolly from a different location with 2 flat tires, also found out I needed a flat trailer due to vehicle being all wheel drive, they did a swap out for me, helped hook up trailer and swap the vehicle out. This will now be my only uhaul store to use in the wichita area”
“In-person check-in a little slow, but staff was very helpful and friendly. Using uhaul app to return truck was extremely frustrating. The app glitched / reset four separate times, each time just prior to completing ALL eight (8) photos. Each glitch required restarting the series of photos over again. By the fourth attempt to complete return, I was running around the truck like a mad-man, cursing the stupid piece of uhaul app!! The app was the worst part of the rental.”
