ADT has some very questionable business practices. We have been trying to cancel service and all they will do is send us a new less expensive contract to sign.... they hung up on my husband when he told them we did not want a new contract, we need to cancel the service.

My mother went into a nursing home 5 months ago I returned the equipment and canceled the service and they are still charging her a monthly fee. After multiple calls they always say they're going to fix it but they don't. Beware this is a very shady company that takes advantage of the elderly

I was told multiple different answers . Stood up two times with appointments . Customer service is terrible . I have taken off twice from work just to be told they didnt have me on the schedule. The price has changed twice . Now I have to wait another week or so to be installed.
