After closing my skyward account, they continued to withdraw money from a separate account at another bank. Skyward has poor technology and procedures in place which would make me concerned about the security of my money. Would not use them again.

If I could rate them negative stars I would. Absolute worst customer service. DO NOT GO HERE. They will add random charges to your account and have no explanation of that it is for. Super sketchy business

They are impossible to work with and for over 6 months we still are unable to set up auto draft. Worst bank in Wichita.
