This is a horrendous bank to use if you decide to get a car through them. Every single month I have to pay a fee to PAY my car payment. I had an issue come up to where I am unable to pay my car payment this month so I was asking if there was a way that I could skip the payment and put it at the end of the loan. Only way I was able to do that was to do a payment due date change and then put the payment at the end of the loan. Which I was OK with doing, but then I was advised that I would have to submit all of my income, they would have To do a credit check, and they would need all the reasonings why I was unable to pay my bill that month. So I would have to submit pay stubs from when I got my car fixed at the mechanical shop so they would believe. I have had 3 different car loans. By far, this is the worst place I have ever done business with when it comes to a car loan. I can’t see my remaining amount online, the only way to get that is call. VERY money hungry. Time to refinance and find someone better!

I have a car loan with Southwest National Bank and I normally make all my payments online and on the very few times I had a problem entering a payment their staff have resolved the issue quickly and professionally. They are a pleasure to deal with!

Me and my wife got a loan from this bank and the loan officer Jim Schoen used are information to get my wife number and started calling her and was trying to get her to leave me for him and Caused a lot of problems with use and I have heard it is not the first time he has done it his boss knows he has done it and his secretaries send him Google eyes to him on his computer when a good looking girl go in his office He will cross boundaries and does not care so I would think Twice about going though this bank to o get a loan

As my health started declining and I was unable to make payments they became more and more aggressive about repossession. Without a vehicle I won't be able to get too and from the hospital, the only place I physically get to anymore. Unwilling to wait for an improvement in health to start payments again. Now I have to be worried about death, medical debt and, no vehicle to even get the health care I need. They have no issues leaving their clients for dead. Typical bank they only care about their bottom dollar.

I have a car loan with this bank but have never been able to sign in to see my account. I make payments via the speed pay so they get the fee. If I could sign into my account I could make payments without the fee. I also would like to know my balance…… but can’t sign in. I have called and ask for help but what was suggested did not work. I think my loan is close to being paid, but can’t log in to find out….. not happy! Won’t use them again!

Don't bank here. I got a vehicle loan from a dealership in Nebraska. Online site is strange, principal payments are not true payments. Had to call them to make final payment. Then i had to call them go actually get my title. They truly are not ethical.

First time using Southwest bank for an auto loan and it was such a smooth, easy process. Jim was very helpful and able to help me on all aspects of getting my loan. I highly recommend Southwest and Jim!

Conveniently every phone I've used cannot make a call to their number. They have disconnected it and I cannot make a payment.

10 year customer w/consistent deposits over $7 to 10K.They wanted to put a 2 day or more hold on my normal payroll check no reason not even bothered to look iver my account. Blanca Salazar takes personal vendetta against customers. Now the fun starts went to another branch whom I regularly deposit at as well.They told me they can't approve over 5K which is a lie. I just deposited 7K the previous month. It gets even better the Town West Branch Matt tells me no problem I remember you come on over. I'll sign for it I can do that I know Blanca. I go through the drive through and deposit np... Get halfway across town for him to call me and say Oh no I can't do it now. They're closed and I have no check. It gets even better. I called this morning downtown and Ben is the best employee and tries to help as much as possible. I find out everybody's in a meeting about me and my check. After an hour and a 1/2 and no answer. I decided to go over there and call ahead. And they tell me oh, it'll be handled when you get there. I go through the drive through to pick up my check and leave. And the President Michael comes out and wants to have a conversation and hand it to me. Telling me hes gonna close my account with no regard to anything. They are a complete joke Either way, I have a long history of regular deposits. It should have never been a problem.

The absolute worst and most fraudulent bank to work with in Wichita Kansas very unethical to do business with. If I can give Consumers of Wichita any advice is to have a lawyer review your contract with this bank before signing any of their paperwork. This company will try to screw you out of your down payment and car payments if you don't review your contract thoroughly before signing. The worst bank ever be careful before getting into any contract with this bank!!!
