They are the absolute worst to use. Go somewhere else for financing.

They keep sending me mail saying I'm late on my car payment. Not once have I been late. Then they hit my credit for not paying for their insurance even though I sent in my proof of insurance three times. I will never ever finance a vehicle with this company again once I get into a different vehicle. Do not use this bank.

I have a car loan with Southwest National Bank and I normally make all my payments online and on the very few times I had a problem entering a payment their staff have resolved the issue quickly and professionally. They are a pleasure to deal with!
