First time using Southwest bank for an auto loan and it was such a smooth, easy process. Jim was very helpful and able to help me on all aspects of getting my loan. I highly recommend Southwest and Jim!

Conveniently every phone I've used cannot make a call to their number. They have disconnected it and I cannot make a payment.

10 year customer w/consistent deposits over $7 to 10K.They wanted to put a 2 day or more hold on my normal payroll check no reason not even bothered to look iver my account. Blanca Salazar takes personal vendetta against customers. Now the fun starts went to another branch whom I regularly deposit at as well.They told me they can't approve over 5K which is a lie. I just deposited 7K the previous month. It gets even better the Town West Branch Matt tells me no problem I remember you come on over. I'll sign for it I can do that I know Blanca. I go through the drive through and deposit np... Get halfway across town for him to call me and say Oh no I can't do it now. They're closed and I have no check. It gets even better. I called this morning downtown and Ben is the best employee and tries to help as much as possible. I find out everybody's in a meeting about me and my check. After an hour and a 1/2 and no answer. I decided to go over there and call ahead. And they tell me oh, it'll be handled when you get there. I go through the drive through to pick up my check and leave. And the President Michael comes out and wants to have a conversation and hand it to me. Telling me hes gonna close my account with no regard to anything. They are a complete joke Either way, I have a long history of regular deposits. It should have never been a problem.

The absolute worst and most fraudulent bank to work with in Wichita Kansas very unethical to do business with. If I can give Consumers of Wichita any advice is to have a lawyer review your contract with this bank before signing any of their paperwork. This company will try to screw you out of your down payment and car payments if you don't review your contract thoroughly before signing. The worst bank ever be careful before getting into any contract with this bank!!!

So far, unable to leave an urgent message because I don't know anybody at the bank. And there's no way to email them. Has absolutely unimpressive.

Very annoying when you go for a work deposit and told you can't deposit it because it has more than $5 in change so you have to go inside. Last I checked this is a bank and I was depositing money there should be no reason for me to have to go inside

My husband is really struggling with their poor customer service in the loan dept. Specifically, Brian who seems to be in charge. He’s rude and unhelpful. Do not get a loan through this bank

The worst company ever! They do not care about their customers and are a hundred percent out to scam you. Please save yourself a do not deal with these people. I would garentee the 5 star reviews are from employees friends or family members of employees. They literally do not care about they're customer whatsoever.

My bank account was compromised twice with Southwest.Both times the staff was not helpful, the first time I was told it was my fault because the money was charged to AirBnb and I must've charged it myself, even though you could clearly see the charge came from South Korea. The second time I was on hold with the fraud department for over an hour before I was told to go into a branch to file a dispute, but I would not be able to do so for 5 days, and it will take up to 90 days to get my funds back. Seriously, how does this happen twice? Terrible security and customer service. I've been with Southwest a long time, and I've been treated very poorly.

Steals money from peoples saving account and tells them the money is lost. Bad customer service. Not trust worthy at all.

Be aware of the loan department and their scandals. I've tried to work with the loan department with a new vehicle. They make promises but can't keep their word. I've done everything I can possibly try and they have lead me on about getting a new loan and having me go to car lots just for them to lie. My car no longer works and all I want to do is put what I owe and roll into another vehicle. They keep telling me one thing then they lie.
