Outstanding customer service. Great to deal with companies that still care about their products and people. Todd hooked me up in a stellar way. Not to mention they produced a fixit part for a product they didn’t originally produce (Stak Tcase) to help all us poor fools out that got dealt a raw deal before is amazing.
