Absolutely hate that my item was shipped with this company. In 24 hours I have been told three different times I can pick the item up at there dock. Time is money and I have a truck sitting. Ridiculous

Cant EVER reach the corporate number, shipments get later and later every time and it seems like they keep stripping resources from the wichita location. SERIOUSLY considering taking my business elsewhere, considering the fact that im currently on hold and have been for nearly 20 minutes. DO BETTER.
