Verizon Rep. Zach is amazing. I went in for the free iPhone and iPad and he explained everything. He is knowledgeable and easy to work with! Great customer service. He deserves a raise!!

I had the absolute BEST upgrade experience last night with Bruce, Michael, and Margo (If I got names wrong I apologize, I suck at names. They were the 3 peasants with Androids.. they know who they are). They need a shout out for how spectacular they are!!! Someone give them a raise and a bonus!!! Will definitely up grade with them again!!!!

In my few visits to this location I have to say this is the nicest verizon store employees, very kind and patient. Today especially, Macie was amazing and went above and beyond to help me solve my issue with my tablet! This is my go to Verizon store! Trust me you won't be disappointed! Thank you again Macie!

Recently went it for a problem with the phone. Helped immediately by Michael, who was courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Problem solved quite fast. Also, nice calm atmosphere, no loud or obnoxious music blaring, as some tech places are wont to do. Thank you!

I was directed by Samsung's customer service to bring my wife's new 5g device and old device to this location for help transferring data. The associate immediately checked out my issue and with in 30 minutes solved my problem. I highly recommend this Verizon location for any help. I was so relieved that my wife's phone was working. I really appreciate the help!

Their customer service is awful. I needed an online account for my brother who has dementia. We have tried calling them and going into the store. They cannot get what we need done.
