Von Maur is a department store offering premium brands at reasonable prices. The makeup department has amazing artists who are wonderful, personable, and good at their job, providing great service for events and going above and beyond. Staff in other departments, like Men's, are also exceptional, quick to assist, and highly recommended. The store provides services like gift wrapping. While the bathrooms are noted as always clean, the customer service experience can vary, with some staff reported as not very kind in certain situations.
I love checking out shoes and purses. They have an interesting free credit card that is layaway with no waiting.

I love this store! Customer service is their main focus! Mary was so helpful and sweet! She was busy but never showed it! Kim in cosmetics is always my go to! She is so knowledgeable and honest! Thanks ladies!!
